During my recent gourmet getaway at Citywest Hotel, I discovered an engaging culinary landscape amidst the serene atmosphere of Dublin. The breakfast served was a standout, featuring a variety for vegetarians along with a delightful latte brewed to perfection by an attentive server. Dining at the Hibernian Bistro, I indulged in a sumptuous meal that showcased both local and international flavors, expertly crafted with an innovative twist. The restaurant's inviting ambiance made for a perfect evening, reminiscent of the warmth found in East Africa’s communal dining experiences. While the comfortable and spacious room provided ample relaxation after my culinary adventures, navigating the hotel's layout, particularly room 4822, did require some effort. I found a lack of clarity regarding the wellness services. Nonetheless, the overall cleanliness and friendly staff rounded off a memorable stay, making Citywest a noteworthy destination for fellow travelers with a passion for exceptional dining.
